Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.
2. Fulfillment Orders are fulfilled through CJ Dropshipping, our trusted global fulfillment partner. Products ship directly from fulfillment warehouses to your door.
3. Shipping Rates Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location:
- Canada: Standard – $9.99 CAD | Express – $19.00 CAD
- United States & International (29 countries): $15.00 CAD flat rate
- Rest of World: $35.00 CAD flat rate
4. Estimated Transit Times After your order is dispatched:
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Europe (FR, DE, IT, ES, etc.): 12–25 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 15–30 business days
- Rest of World: 15–35 business days
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
5. Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. One Word Marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@onewordmarketplace.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier promptly.
8. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
