Return & Refund Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return We do not accept returns without prior authorization. To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@onewordmarketplace.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Return Method All returns are processed by mail only. We do not have a physical store location.

Return Shipping Cost The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Restocking Fee There are no restocking fees. You will receive a full refund of the product price upon successful return.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items without original packaging

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at support@onewordmarketplace.com within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
